Whoever ignores his past, has no future - this an old German saying. With the HEINRICH REISSDORF brewery having existed for more than 100 years by now, this is a good reason to remember its beginnings and recall its history - especially if this time falls into a period as eventful as the last 100 years. These years saw the industrial revolution at the end of the last century, two world wars, high social tension in the 20s and 30s, immense efforts for reconstructing Germany in 1945 and the consolidation of the achieved to this very day. Then there came the introduction of computer technology into production and administration in the last 20 years. Many of our competitors who also started 100 years ago were unable to walk this way due to external influences or because of their own decisions. The HEINRICH REISSDORF brewery on the other hand was lucky and persistent enough to withstand all those adverse winds and being now equipped with the latest technology it will successfully lead the company into the next millennium. Now and in the future, on the historic soil of Cologne's Severinsviertel there shall be brewed the product REISSDORF KOELSCH using latest technology.
